I know there's been a lot of buzz around methanol in local dupes. But this house has allegedly tested their samples so I have chosen to believe them and continued to use my current stock.
One 10 ml sample I've finished is their Foret de Bamboo.
Fresh, green and long lasting. On me it has a citrus opening (I would guess the bitter orange and neroli) giving way to the tea and bamboo. I can't identify the base notes on me but it feels clean even after 6-8 hours.
I find that it's a unisex fragrance leaning into masculine. I find it best for use on days I have a lot of physical activity, especially in the outdoors since I find it invigorating. Sillage is not especially strong so I also like to travel with it. I enjoyed this but since I have too many perfumes, would not repurchase.
I would recommend giving Symmetry Labs a good try though.
