Not a real empty, but at this point, I think I can give my thoughts about Ever Bilena Plus Serum Tinted Lip Oil in Toast of New York.
First of all, I did purchase this originally on sale with a lipstick of the same brand. Sadly, I lost it after a week despite my like of it. Somehow though, thanks to C, it made its way back to me. Thank you!
It now lives inside my bag and while I have not panned it per se, I have reached packaging pan? In that its already falling apart and needs a bit of fiddling now and then. It also tends to scrape a bit of the side when I move the wand but it does seem like there's still loads left.
I really didn't know they came like this but it makes sense. You live and you learn.
What I like about this lip oil is that it's moisturizing while giving a nice glob of color. The hydration isn't immediate though so it needs time to do its magic. The shade is a classic orange-brown and it makes the lips immediately juicier and plumper as an oil/gloss. It also gives a very slight stain once a few hours have passed, if you haven't wiped it all off. This does move around a bit so just use whats on the wand without redipping for best results.
What I dislike about this? The scent. It smells like chemical X, and while I don't smell it once its on, I'm forever finding myself suspicious if its off or not. Still, with this price (Php 245 and often on sale for Php 195), I have no qualms about recommending this.
