It's quite a few years after its launch, but I bought Nichido Minerals Precise Liner in Black at a local drugstore for a cheap P150 ($3) last year. It came in a small bottle that houses 2.5 ml of liquid and is meant to be disposed at 9 months.

How did it fare?
Well, I'm a bit closer to the 6 month mark and for starters, it isn't close to drying up. It's also long-lasting, staying on 6-8 hours on my oily lids.

The applicator is quite stiff, more like a pen than an actual brush which is great for control. Below you see how it can create very fine lines to very thick ones.

However, as you can see, pigment isn't even and it's not a true black. I had to put several swipes on to get the color in the middle. And it takes a while to dry if you do that. Still, it's possible to get a line on your eyes with a nice flick and good color, seen below.

Will I buy again? While it's a good liner for starters and those with smaller budgets (P150 for 9 months), I want one with a better color pay-off.
